How to Use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant in Windows 10

Download and Install Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA)

1. Go to the website. Click the Download button. Download Microsoft Recovery Support and Support (SaRA)

2. You will receive a SaRA ZIP archive. Extract it to any folder you choose. Run the SaraSetup.exe file and follow the instructions on the screen. Install Microsoft Support And Recovery Assistant (SaRA)

Once installed, Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant will automatically open and run.

Use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA)

1. Open the Start menu. Navigate to Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.

2. The first time you open the app, you'll need to click I Agree to accept the Microsoft Service Agreement.

3. On the next screen, click the App you want to troubleshoot in the list of available apps, then click Next button.

4. On the next page, select the issue you are having with the selected application.
