Method 1. Using Registry Editor
1. Press Windows Key

2. Confirm the UAC prompt that is displayed.Paste the following key into the path field at the top or navigate to the key manually:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager.
3. Select the ContentDeliveryManager folder and then move to the right pane. In the right pane, look for the registry file called SubscribedContent-338388Enabled.
4. Once you find, right-click on it and select the Modify option. If it is not available there, create a new 32-bit DWORD value, and named it SubscribedContent-338388Enabled.
5. After that, set the value data 0 and then click on the OK button to save the changes.
Method 2. Disable Microsoft Edge Ads through Windows Settings
1. Open the Windows Settings Press Windows Key

2. Go to Personalization -> Start.
3. Turn off the option called Occasionally show suggestions in Start as shown below
4. You are done.
