How to Enable Real Search Box in New Tab Page in Google Chrome

When you have Google set as your default search engine in Google Chrome, you can enable the Real search box in New Tab Page Ctrl+N experimental flag that enables the search box in the middle of the New Tab Page (NTP) to accept input directly (i.e. not be a "fake" box) instead of the default address bar. Search results will also show below the non-fake input ("realbox") instead of below the address bar.
This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable a real search box on the New Tab page in Google Chrome.
1. Open Google Chrome.
2 Copy and paste the link below into the address bar of Chrome, and press Enter.
chrome://flags/#ntp-realbox
3 Select Default (same as disabled), Enabled, or Disabled for the Real search box in New Tab Page flag setting you want. (see screenshot below)
4 Click/tap on the Relaunch Now button at the bottom to apply.
That's it.
