How to Find the Startup Folder in Windows 10

The startup folder contains a list of applications’ shortcuts that run automatically every time you start up your computer. You can add programs by adding their shortcuts to the folder to make it run during your Windows 10 startup. You can also remove any of them if you don’t want it to run during startup.
Where is the Startup Folder in Windows 10 for All Users
1. Open File Explorer. Browse to the following folder.
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
2. Quicker method to go to this folder:
Go to start menu and type Run. Press enter. Type shell:startup in the open field and press enter.
3. The Windows 10 startup folder should appear in the middle of your screen, ready for you to remove or add programs to it.
4. If you want to add a program:
  • Right-click within the folder to open a menu.
  • From this menu, select New and then Shortcut.
  • In the dialog box that pops up, select Browse to choose the program you want to add from a list of programs.
  • Choose your program and click OK and then Next.
  • Select Finish.
This will add a program shortcut for your desired program to the Windows Startup folder. Once it's added, this program will run when Windows 10 starts up again.
5. If you want remove a program from the startup folder:
Click the program you want to remove and then select the Delete button at the top of the folder. (The Delete button icon should look like a big red X.)
