How to Save Screenshot as PDF on Windows 11, 10

Taking a screenshot of the computer screen is very simple, with many capture tools such as taking a shortcut, taking a screenshot of Windows with the Snipping Tool. And by default the screenshot will be saved in PNG or JPG format. So what if you want to convert screenshots on Windows with PDF files? A. Save Windows screenshots to PDF files with Photos

1. First of all, we take a screenshot of the computer screen as usual, then save the screenshot. At the screenshot, right-click on the image and select Open with > Photos.

2. In this Photos interface, users click on the printer icon

3. Display the custom print interface, in the Printer section select the printer, click Microsoft Print to PDF and then click the Print button

4. Finally, we choose the folder to save the PDF file, take a screenshot and save the new file as usual.

B. Save Windows screenshots to PDF files with Paint

1. Right-click on the screenshot. Hover cursor over Open with and select Paint.

2. Click on File at the top left corner, hover the cursor over Print, and then select Print. (Use shortcut keys Ctrl + P)

3. Select Microsoft Print to PDF. Click on Print

4. Finally save this new PDF file.

C. Save screenshot as PDF in browser

You can use any browser and use that to save the screenshot as a PDF.

1. Right click on the screenshot. Hover the pointer over Open with and select Choose another app.

2. Click More apps down arrow.

3. Select the browser (Chome,Edge...) egof your choice.

4. When the screenshot opens in the browser, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P.

5. Select Microsoft Print to PDF. Click Print.

6. Select a PDF location and select Save.
