How to Fix Enter network credentials access error on Windows 10

In general, USB flash drive is a great tool to transfer files from one PC to another; however, when two or more computers are on the same LAN, it is convenient to share folders through Home Group. Solution 1: Change Advanced Sharing settings
1.Press Windows key+ S, then type network in the search box and choose Network and Sharing Center option from the list of choice. 
2.On the left side of the pane, choose Change advanced sharing settings
3.Click the down-arrow on the right side and expand Private section.
4..Find your network profile and go to the HomeGroup connections section. Make sure that Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended) is selected.
5.Now expand All Networks section.

Solution 2: Change your security policies
1.Press Windows key + R and type secpol.msc. Now press Enter or click OK.
2.When Local Security Policy window opens, in the left pane navigate to Local Policies > Security Options. In the right pane, double-click Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only.
3.Now select Disabled from the menu and click on Apply and OK.
After making these changes, the problem with this message should be completely resolved and everything will start working again.
Solution 3: Change your services
1.Press Windows Key + R and Type services.msc. Now press Enter or click OK.
2.When Services window opens, locate Credential Manager on the list and double-click it.
3.The properties window will now appear. Set Startup type to Disabled and click the Stop button to stop the service. Now click Apply and OK.
Once you stop the service, check if the problem is resolved.
